Our We-Do-It-All WDIA Packages are very popular with people who want to enjoy the actual event and not have to worry about picking up equipment, setting up, running the event, encountering problems, taking everything down, and returning all the equipment.

Instead of doing everything yourself, we will do everything for you for a rather nominal charge. In our opinion, this package is the absolute best option for people who want to enjoy themselves.

Setting everything up is a lot of hard work and can be difficult for people who have no audio / video experience.

Some people just don’t want to spend an hour before their event and an hour after their event (in the dark and maybe in the cold) taking everything down. In other words, you can let us do everything for you without any worries.

Here’s How It Will Work When Your Reserve a We-Do-It-All Package from Super Size Screens

When reserving your event date with us, you simply need to give us a call at (502)396-9536 to reserve your date and equipment. We’ll put you on our calendar and have everything ready to go for your event. We’ll send you a contract through email that we’ll have you sign when we arrive at your event. We also collect full payment when we arrive at your event.

We accept cash, check, or credit card but prefer cash or checks due to credit card company fees. If writing a check, please make it out to Super Size Screens.

When you book a We-Do-It-All Package with us, we will bring all equipment to the site of your event. We usually arrive 2 hours ahead of time, but we’ll let you know for sure based on the package you have chosen. Most take less than 2 hours while a few of the larger ones may take more than 2 hours depending on the upgrades you have chosen. If there is not a good access point to the event area, we may have to carry a lot of equipment and that will also take longer.

We will ALWAYS be early and ensure everything is setup properly before your event. We test everything before we come to your event and on-site before your event begins.

When your event is ready to begin, simply give us a hand signal and we’ll start the event.

While your event is happening, we will be right there just in case something happens. Any technical issues will quickly be resolved right there. Technical issues are very rare but in the case of any issues, we will take care of them as quickly as possible.

Once your event is over, we will take down all equipment, pack everything up, and leave the event site.

No worries for you. All responsibility is on us so you can enjoy every second of your event, which is very important. Many people will want to come and thank you for the event, and you want to be able to interact and talk with those people. Let us do all the work for you. We’ll do a great job for you. You won’t have to worry about anything!

2 Hours are included for your actual event and you can purchase additional hours for only $50. If you would like to show 2 different movies, you might want to reserve 4 hours. This means for an additional $100, your event can last for 4 hours versus 2 hours. You have lots of options available as you will see at the links below.
