Once we receive your 50% deposit and your signed contract, your event is 100% reserved and guaranteed on our calendar.
The remaining 50% is due on the day of your event before we make the trip to your event.
We ask that you submit the remaining balance on or before the day prior to your event.
We will accept payment in full at any time if you would rather do it that way so you don’t have to worry about a second payment.
An Example of How Payment for Your Event Works
As an example, let’s say you call us on March 18th to get a custom quote for your event.
We call you back on the 18th of March with your customized quote and send you an email with the details of the quote and the contract to sign.
You quickly decide that you want to use Super Size Screens for your next event and want to get on our calendar as soon as possible.
You call us back to let us know that you accept the quote and will be printing out the contract, signing it, scanning it, and emailing it back to us.
You decide that you want to pay through PayPal so we give you the details on how to pay us.
You pay the 50% required deposit through PayPal and email us the signed contract. You are now guaranteed for your event with the services of Super Size Screens.
Before We Make the Delivery for Your Event…
Before our scheduled departure time for your event, we require the remaining balance for our services.
We prefer that the final payment is made the day before your event (or earlier) so there are no worries from either side.
We will stay in touch with you and remind you of the due dates if we have not received final payment the day before your event.
